What will you learn in this class?

  • How to use fabric paints to simply create original fabric for your unique artwork plus a few other tricks and tips for creating fabric for other projects
  • Simple folding and cutting techniques to turn your original or commercial ombre (multicoloured) fabric into a quilt top in an instant
  • Curvaceous quilting with either straight stitching or simple free motion quilting
  • Bobbin work with decorative threads to create zing and yes you do this by sewing upside down - the quilt top - not you!!
  • Simple beading stitches to create zing, texture and the WOW factor to your original textile art.
